General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop www.ruanoko.com . Sales are made exclusively to consumers residing in the EU. By placing an order, you agree to the GTC.

2. Conclusion of contract

The product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer. Only by submitting your order do you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation. The purchase contract is concluded as soon as we ship the goods or expressly confirm shipment.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs may apply, which will be listed separately during the ordering process.

4. Delivery

Delivery within Austria and Germany is carried out by a shipping service provider of our choice. Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days from receipt of payment. If a product is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified immediately.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in the RUANOKO shop:

• Other payment methods depending on the provider

Payment is due immediately upon order placement. Processing is handled by Wix's payment service provider.

6. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Protection of minors

Alcoholic beverages are only sold to persons over 18 years of age. By submitting your order, you confirm that you are of legal age. We reserve the right to conduct age verification.

8. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty provisions apply.

10. Liability

We are only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent. We are only liable for minor negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions conflict with this.

12. Final provisions

Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
